Ahmed Fouad Alkhatib on The feedback-loop effect within the Israeli-Palestinian conflict

The feedback-loop effect within the Israeli-Palestinian conflict describes the mutual reinforcement animating the destructive forces on both sides

Please Join us for an online talk with Ahmed Fouad Alkhatib, a writer, activist, and analyst who grew up in Gaza. In the webinar we explore the feedback-loop effect and how it correlates with dehumanization and with oppressor-oppressed dynamics. Alkhatib had almost died in an Israeli airstrike on Gaza as a teen, and about 30 of his family members have tragically died as a result of Israel's current devastating military campaign. Nevertheless, Alkhatib sustains a crystal-clear voice for humanism and for recognition of the fears, sensibilities and human rights of people on both sides. The conversation is moderated by Dr. Yariv Mohar, programs director at Amnesty International Israel, and by Moran Avital, manager of the Pro-Human Campaign at Amnesty International Israel.
